Berlin/Düsseldorf, 30. January 2025 Trading Hub Europe GmbH (THE) generated a surplus in accordance with GaBi Gas 2.0 for the first time in the levy period October 2023 up to and including September 2024 (= surplus period). This will be distributed to the balancing group managers in accordance with GaBi Gas 2.0 and on the basis of the contractual provisions. The distribution relates to the RLM balancing neutrality account.
The distribution is made to the balancing group managers or direct payers active in the surplus period and is carried out in the amount of 0.2108 ct/kWh for the balance-relevant RLM exit quantities. The total distribution amount is just under 1 billion euros.
The distributions for the surplus period will start shortly and should be completed by the end of February 2025. The balancing group settlements carried out in the surplus period will not be affected by the distributions.
With regard to the conversion account and the SLP balancing neutrality account, THE did not generate any surpluses in accordance with Konni Gas 2.0 or GaBi Gas 2.0 and the contractual provisions. Accordingly, no distributions are made.
