We would follow the following approach and schedule:
- We plan to sell volumes in store in Rehden on 17 January 2024
- Please be informed that the volume will be less than 2 TWh
- Basis for your binding offer is the Term Sheet attached in connection with the “Storage Rehden Gas Sale Agreement” published on our homepage.
- Therefore we ask for your binding offers based on the documents on our homepage and sent the completed Term Sheet(s) on 17 January 2024 at the time specified below to: LNGBeschaffung@tradinghub.eu
- Only storage customers who have a valid storage contract with astora GmbH for firm capacity at Rehden covering the period starting on 1. April 2024, 6:00 a.m. CET are allowed to participate; the storage contract between the storage customer and astora GmbH must be in place at the time of submitting the offer(s) on 17 January 2024. If the participant sends an offer to THE on 17 January 2024 without having such valid storage contract with astora GmbH for firm capacity at Rehden, THE has the right to terminate the Gas Sale Agreement with immediate effect and keeps the right to claim for damages in the amount of the contract value.
- Your offer has to be binding for 30 minutes starting at 11:00 a.m. CET on 17 January 2024; therefore, if we accept your offer, we will do so by latest 11.30 a.m. CET on 17 January 2024.
- Please be informed that we cannot accept any conditions in connection with any binding offer; therefore, if you should add any conditions on the Term Sheet, we would not consider this as a binding offer we could accept.
- There will be no transfer of storage capacities for Rehden by THE
- With regard to transfer time of the gas volumes in store in Rehden: Transfer can be made only on 01 April 2024 6:00 a.m. CET. Please be aware that any costs with regard to the SSO that may occur in connection with the transfer of the gas volumes have to be borne according to the regulation in the standard agreement which we provide on our website.
- If you want to offer volumes at different prices, please feel free to send us more than one offer, so you may split your complete max volume into smaller tranches. Be aware that we would be allowed to accept maximum all offers from you cumulatively, so do not offer in sum more volumes than you would be able and willing to buy from THE.
- THE is free to accept any offer made by the participants fully or partly. If an offer should only be an “all or nothing” offer, this has to be declared by the participant together with the offer.
- All offers have to be made in firm EUR/MWh, it is not possible to send offers based on an index or based on a market price on a day in the future etc.
- The procedure after the conclusion of the contract on 17 January 2024 is as follows:
- On the following day, each party independently confirms to astora GmbH by email to “sales@astora.de” the gas volume to be transferred in Rehden for 01 April 2024 06:00 a.m. CET and adds the other contracting party to the email in the carbon copy (“Cc”).
- The operational transfer of the working gas quantities from THE's storage account to the storage customer's storage account will be carried out by astora GmbH on 01.04.2024 6:00 a.m. CET
